The senator highlighted that his doors remain open to receive cases, documentation, and testimonies from those facing such abuses via his public WhatsApp. Fernández called this another example of how insurance companies fail to meet their obligations. The protesters in Monterrey have been unable to access repair payments or medical care following traffic accidents.
