He also asked legislators to evaluate and approve a debt for the Executive Branch. 'They should weigh the debt very well, Nuevo León is in the green and that allows us to ask for up to 15% debt, but it does not mean that if the 15% does not come out, the State will not function,' declared García Sepúlveda.
