According to sources at the Palace of Cantera, Secretary Martha Herrera would move from the Secretariat of Equality to the head of the AMAR Office, where Mariana Rodríguez serves in an honorary capacity. This move would align with the idea of bolstering Rodríguez and Herrera, who are key electoral swords for the 2027 elections—the former to contend for the governorship and the latter for the mayoralty of Monterrey.
