
The municipal president of Querétaro, Felifer Macías, supervised the progress in the rehabilitation of Jardineros Street in the Peñuelas neighborhood, Epigmenio González delegation. The project, which has an investment of 10.8 million pesos, aims to improve the quality of life of the residents and strengthen the city's infrastructure.
During his visit, Felipe Macías highlighted the importance of this investment to address issues of stormwater drainage and prevent future damage. He also emphasized that the municipality is focusing resources on necessary projects, listening to the needs of the citizens to build a more orderly Querétaro.
For his part, the Secretary of Public Works, Francisco Villegas Solís, detailed that the project includes the installation of 182 meters of sanitary drainage, 11 manholes, 342 meters of potable water network, 1,561 square meters of pavement, and 182 meters of storm drainage with 56 reinforced concrete boxes and three stormwater grates.
With an advance of 68%, the project is expected to conclude in March and benefit more than 7,289 residents. In this regard, Macías emphasized: "We are investing more than 10 million pesos to ensure this street is in perfect condition and thus continue dignifying the neighborhood."
