The Attorney General's Office of the State of Nayarit issued a statement informing about the disappearance of an active member of the Secretary of Mobility (SEMOVI) in the municipality of Rosamorada. The Municipal Police of Rosamorada reported the discovery of a deceased person, preliminarily identified as a member of SEMOVI. It was mentioned that a burned body was found on federal highway 15 in San Vicente, municipality of Rosamorada, which complicates identification and requires specialized methods.
In relation to this incident, the Attorney General's Office has requested that the media and society in general refrain from disclosing unconfirmed information that may hinder the investigation or cause further suffering to the family of the missing person. So far, no legal responsibility has been determined for any person involved in the event.
The Attorney General's Office assured that the results of forensic tests will be communicated to the victim's family first, and subsequently, society will be informed adequately and in a timely manner. Regarding the disappearance of the Mobility agent, identified as Luis Antonio “N”, it is mentioned that he was carrying out surveillance tasks on his motorcycle at the intersection of El Tamarindo and that contact with him was lost since noon.
