In conversations reportedly held between Oscar and Jennifer Fernanda, the man asked the young girl to "run away with him" and dispose of her cell phone chip, leaving it in a trash can, to then meet at a bus terminal, stating: "See you there and let whatever happens happen, take your papers with you."
The Attorney General's Office of Baja California issued an Amber Alert informing that Jennifer Fernanda, a Mexican national, has a fair complexion, slim build, is 1.60 meters tall, and has dark brown curly hair. According to the search bulletin, the teenager has been missing since Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
