The governor mentioned he visited Uruapan 19 times this year to coordinate with Manzo and that he understands the public's legitimate anger and protests but stressed his responsibility to act and give face, preventing a tragedy at the Government Palace where vandalism was attempted. He confirmed that while the intellectual author of the attack has been detained, a criminal organization is behind the homicide.
