HUHO Platform Revolutionizes Real Estate in Mexico

Rodrigo Saiffe, a young entrepreneur, has developed a technological platform called HUHO, aiming to streamline the buying and selling processes of real estate in Mexico and eventually globally. Saiffe noticed that a small group of people benefits from land, so he decided to create this tool to expand the benefits and beneficiaries in this industry.

HUHO is a platform that seeks to democratize the real estate market, removing access barriers and accelerating processes for the benefit of both users and real estate developments. The project was born from a group of young entrepreneurs who love the land and are committed to its responsible use.

The HUHO application connects buyers and sellers of real estate more efficiently, allowing a reduction in transaction times. Additionally, the project aims to generate connections between people so that every square meter of land can be utilized responsibly, generating wealth and personal development.

The platform has been developed over four years and has a team of engineers who have managed to connect various issues in the real estate market and offer solutions through technology. With an operating margin of 3.5%, HUHO aims to stand out in a real estate market where property rental accounts for an important percentage of the Gross Domestic Product.
