The Rita Cetina Scholarship, one of the social programs implemented in 2025 in collaboration with the Government of Claudia Sheinbaum, aims to benefit students in basic education. So far, 88,576 students have already received their payment cards.

The distribution of cards for the Rita Cetina scholarship, which amounts to 1,900 pesos bimonthly, began on February 5 and will continue until March 28, having resumed on February 17. The first to receive them will be students from public secondary schools across the country.

To receive the payment card, parents with two children enrolled in the program will receive an extra 700 pesos for each student. To find out when and where to pick up the card, one can consult the website of the National Coordinator of Scholarships for Well-being (CNBB).

To know the delivery date of the card and the informational assembly, one can enter the Benito Juarez scholarships search engine on the website and look for the Work Center Key (CCT) of the school. Similarly, if the CCT of the school is not available, it can be found through the Siged website by entering the full name of the school and other details.

The delivery process continues in various states such as Morelos, Yucatan, and Veracruz, under the supervision of Julio León Trujillo, National Coordinator. During a press conference, Mario Delgado, Secretary of Public Education, reported that the delivery is expected to extend to states such as Queretaro, Michoacan, Tlaxcala, Quintana Roo, Sonora, Sinaloa, Jalisco, Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Mexico State.
