The municipal president of El Marqués, Rodrigo Monsalvo Castelán, along with the director of the Querétaro State Housing Institute, Carlos Astudillo Suárez, led the delivery of 10 housing expansion projects in eight localities. The initiative aims to strengthen development and improve the quality of life for families in El Marqués. These projects involve the planning and construction, to high-quality standards, of an additional room with a bathroom inside the homes, in order to combat overcrowding and improve the living conditions for beneficiaries. It is important to mention that the beneficiary families belong to localities such as Saldarriaga, San José Navajas, La Griega, Amazcala, San Miguel Amazcala, among others. It is worth highlighting that these actions have been implemented thanks to a collaboration agreement signed between the Municipal Government of El Marqués and the Querétaro State Housing Institute. As a result of this agreement, in the current administration led by Rodrigo Monsalvo, 18 additional rooms with bathrooms have been delivered in different communities. The implementation of these projects reflects El Marqués' commitment to promoting public policies that dignify the living conditions of families, through actions that address real needs and contribute to building a municipality with greater well-being for everyone.
