One of the most ambitious rock projects, Tool, will return to Mexico after 10 years and will perform for the first time in Monterrey and Guadalajara, as well as return to Mexico City. The news delighted their fans and, in response, the band announced two more dates alongside The Cult and Seven Hours After Violet.

The group, led by Maynard James Keenan on vocals, Adam Jones on guitar, Danny Carey on drums, and Justin Chancellor on bass, will kick off their Latin American tour in Mexico in 2025, including Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. Tool will perform on March 15 at the Explanada del Estadio Azteca, playing iconic tracks like Undertow, Ænima, Lateralus, 10,000 Days, and their latest production from 2019, Fear Inoculum.

The band also has four confirmed dates at festivals such as Lollapalooza in Chile, Brazil, and Argentina, as well as at the Estéreo Picnic in Colombia. The promoter Music Vibe highlighted the magnitude of Tool's spectacle, describing them as one of the biggest bands on the planet with an immersive and unique audiovisual show.

Tool, which recently received Grammy nominations for songs like 7empest and Fear Inoculum, is recognized by critics and their fans. Danny Carey, the band's drummer, is nominated for Best Drummer of the Year in the Modern Drummer Readers Poll 2024.

In addition to Tool, The Cult will join the lineup in Mexico, complementing the musical experience that fans will be able to enjoy on these highly anticipated dates. The concert will take place on March 15, 2025, at the Explanada del Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, while on March 13 they will be at the Explanada del Estadio Mobil Super in Monterrey and on March 18 in Calle 2 in Guadalajara.
