Imelda Tuñón's Partner Accused of Fentanyl Trafficking

Imelda Tuñón, the ex-daughter-in-law of Maribel Guardia, is facing accusations after the actress reported her for abandoning her son. In a press conference last Friday, Maribel informed that the Prosecutor's Office granted her custody of the grandson for 90 days, although Imelda claims she was not notified and continues to seek the authorities to return her son to her, arguing that she is capable of taking care of him.

Recently, news emerged that Imelda Tuñón's boyfriend, Fernando Gamboa, was accused of trafficking fentanyl. The television program 'Ventaneando' revealed the complaint accusing Fernando of fentanyl drug dealing. In some videos shown on the program, Fernando expresses his concern and states that the accusations against him are false, insinuating that there was an attempt to harm him.

In the released recordings, Imelda's boyfriend mentions that he will not rest until he obtains a document absolving him of any implication. 'Ventaneando' showed the document that exonerates Fernando from the serious accusations that were intended to be charged against him. Meanwhile, the custody case of Maribel Guardia's grandson is still ongoing, and recently Imelda's father issued a statement criticizing Maribel for taking the minor away from his daughter.
