The television program 'Ventaneando' revealed the complaint accusing Fernando of fentanyl drug dealing. In some videos shown on the program, Fernando expresses his concern and states that the accusations against him are false, insinuating that there was an attempt to harm him.
In the released recordings, Imelda's boyfriend mentions that he will not rest until he obtains a document absolving him of any implication.
