The Jalisco State Attorney General's Office officialized the evidence found at the Izaguirre ranch in Teuchitlán, where search groups for missing persons discovered clothing, objects, human remains, and three clandestine ovens. Through the Deputy Attorney General's Office for Missing Persons, a list of 492 pieces of evidence was prepared to be consulted along with their photographs. Among the clothing items, there are 140 pants, tights, a pair of shorts, 146 backpacks of various colors and brands, as well as a variety of garments and accessories.

The Jalisco Attorney General's Office did not present the list of 400 shoes, weapons, keychains, skeletal remains, and infrastructure reported by the groups Guerreros Buscadores de Jalisco and Madres Buscadoras de Jalisco at the site. The groups have reported institutional deficiencies in securing and documenting the site, which has raised concerns.

District Attorney Salvador González de los Santos supervised the investigations at the Izaguirre ranch, a week after the public disclosure of the findings, and recognized that it was the search groups who found the evidence. According to González de los Santos, the National Guard discovered the site on September 18, 2024, detaining 10 individuals, linking two to the process, and releasing two other individuals deprived of their liberty. A corpse covered in plastic was found.

The Attorney General invited the Attorney General's Office of the Republic to be part of the investigations and explained that from September 2024 to October, the Attorney General's Office did not report the findings of the clandestine ovens or the discovered clothing, which prompted an additional investigation. He stated that, according to the evidence collected, there had been no criminal activity at the site since last September.
