Authorities in San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato, confirmed this Wednesday a shooting attack that resulted in one death and eight minors injured, which occurred on February 17. Guanajuato is one of the most dangerous states in the country, being one of the entities with the highest number of homicides.
