In Querétaro, the 40th anniversary of the Municipal DIF System was commemorated, an event led by the president of the board, Adriana Olvera de Macías, accompanied by mayor Felifer Macías, where the institution's trajectory in assisting vulnerable sectors was recognized. During the ceremony, it was highlighted that the Municipal DIF operates through six coordinations and two prosecutor's offices, which together integrate a network of services aimed at girls, boys, adolescents, older adults, families, and communities. Among the actions reported by the organization are the 'Action for Your Health' campaigns, with 283 editions carried out and over 100,000 services provided in preventive medical care. Likewise, information was shared about the 'A Thousand Colors' census, which has registered over 1,580 people within the autism spectrum, as well as the delivery of 410 identification bracelets. The 'Embracing Hearts' brigades were also mentioned, through which 8,000 food support packages were distributed to vulnerable older adults.

This is in addition to the installation of the Municipal System for the Comprehensive Protection of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents (SIPINNA), focused on strengthening protective environments for this sector. As part of the anniversary, the work of former presidents of the Municipal DIF System was recognized for their participation in the institution's development, including María Luisa Alcocer Munguía, Cecilia Urbiola, Rosa María Arroyo, Patricia Sibaja, Marcela Torres Peimbert, Araceli Alonso, Alejandra del Hoyo, Ana Laura García Nieto, Karina Castro, Lucy Huber, Tere García, and Arahí Domínguez. As part of the event, municipal authorities recognized the staff with the most seniority in the institution and unveiled a commemorative plaque for the 40th anniversary of the organization.
