People are urged to avoid physical activities during these days and to be mindful of not starting fires in vacant lots, calling for not throwing cigarette butts that could cause fires in the brush.
The Secretary of Health of Guadalupe recommended that citizens avoid direct sun exposure between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, stay adequately hydrated, use accessories such as hats, caps, or umbrellas to protect themselves from solar radiation, and apply sunscreen to prevent heatstroke.

The Secretary of Health highlighted that symptoms of heat stroke include weakness, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, and reddening of the skin with rashes. Additionally, there is a call to stay informed about air quality and the use of face masks is recommended to prevent respiratory issues due to adverse weather conditions.
