The Olinia project will stay in Puebla. Subsecretary of Technological Development, Linkage, and Innovation of the federal government, Celina Peña Guzmán, confirmed that the Olinia project, in its prototype and assembly phase, will be developed in Puebla with the participation of specialists from the Puebla Technological Institute. Peña Guzmán assured that these are not political times, but times for work, highlighting that her priority is to promote projects that consolidate Puebla as a benchmark in technology and sustainability. "Political times will run their course; this moment is to turn our state into the capital of technology and sustainability," she declared prior to a conference for the State Network of Women Artisans (REMA). In this context, she avoided commenting on possible political aspirations. "I'm not saying whether I'm going or not; for me, these are not political times. I am going to walk for the good of Puebla; on this path, it is to work on these projects that have placed our state and city in a center of development," she stated. Support from Morena and a public event. At the event, she was accompanied by the state leader of Morena, Olga Romero Garci-Crespo, who wished her success in her new responsibility and trusted that her work will benefit the population. "I know that what you plan, you will achieve, especially in favor of women and the Mexican people, because you are there doing a good job," she pointed out. Despite denying the supposed political launch, the event also included the presentation of her book, amid demonstrations of support from attendees, who highlighted her recent appointment. "I have a commitment with President Claudia Sheinbaum; it is an honor to walk with the first woman president of this country," expressed Peña Guzmán. Peña Guzmán emphasized that her priority is to serve Mexico, the Fourth Transformation, and the citizenry of Puebla. During her participation, she recounted her academic career and presented some of the projects she has led, as well as those she currently oversees from the federal government. "I will return because this is my land and it is my home." She announced that said project will be presented during the inauguration of the 2026 World Cup. Finally, she informed that the entity participates in more than 60 technological and scientific projects promoted by different federal government dependencies, which continue to be in development.

A federal government official confirmed that the Olinia technology project will be implemented in Puebla. She stated that the current moment is for work, not politics, and her goal is to strengthen the state as a hub for technology and sustainability.
