The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico and the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) have successfully executed an arrest warrant against Mario Iván "N" after nearly three years of investigations. This individual is likely responsible for the crime of human trafficking in its child pornography modality.

The case dates back to 2022 when the Attorney General's Office received a report from the General Scientific Directorate of the National Guard, warning about the possible commission of human trafficking. This report was generated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), triggering a series of investigations.

During the investigations, it was discovered that a user had used email accounts and the Google Photos service to store images with sexual content, including minors. Forensic examinations determined that this material was child pornography and sexual abuse, even identifying individuals under 10 years of age in the images.

After gathering incriminating evidence, the Public Ministry requested and obtained an arrest warrant against Mario Iván "N". This individual was arrested and subsequently taken to the Juan Fernández Albarrán Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center, known as Reclusorio Barrientos, in Tlalnepantla.

In this regard, it is important to remember that the accused must be presumed innocent until a guilty verdict is rendered against him. The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico has made available to the public channels such as an email, a phone number, and an application to report this individual in case they recognize him as a probable participant in any crime.
