
In Tlalnepantla, Juan Fernández Albarrán, also known as Barrientos, was arrested and made available to a District Judge for his alleged involvement in a double femicide in the State of Mexico. The arrest was the result of collaboration between the state prosecutor's offices of Morelos and the State of Mexico.
According to sources, the double homicide reportedly occurred following a discussion between Jesús Efrén "N" and the two elderly women on January 15, 2024, inside the victims' residence. After the bodies were discovered, an investigation was initiated that led to the issuance of an arrest warrant against the alleged perpetrator.
The Justice Attorney General of the State of Mexico reminded that the detained person is innocent until proven guilty. Furthermore, contact information was provided so that citizens can report any additional information regarding the case.
Jesús Efrén "N" was arrested in Morelos for his alleged participation in the murder of his mother and grandmother in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. After the murder of the women, aged 63 and 95, the suspect placed the bodies in a refrigerator before fleeing.
The Attorney General's Office of the State of Mexico stated that the capture of the alleged femicide was achieved thanks to the collaboration with the authorities of Morelos, where it was believed the suspect was hiding. After his arrest in Tlaltizapán, he was transported to the State of Mexico and incarcerated in a prison in Tlalnepantla.
